Describe your blog
Usually that many people will see a link to your blog or site before having the chance to absolute read it (in search engines, for instance). Guess what, if just by looking at the name they can point what the blog is about they will be more likely to visit it again and again.
Must be easy to remember
Suppose your blog describe about Money, home and life advice in general. Naming it “The Money, Home and General Life Advice Blog” would offer quite an exhaustive description of the blog, but would it also be easy to remember? Stick with simple names.
Must be equal to the domain name
People often ignore this rule, maybe try to finding a suitable domain that hasn’t been registered yet is a difficult task. Still if your domain name doesn’t match the blog name you’ll probably lose some readers along the way. When people visit your blog through a link they’ll just read the name of the blog. Should they appoint to revisit the site a couple of days later they’ll just type that name followed by a dot com. If they don’t find your blog once they hit enter they will just go somewhere else.
