- Give your information on the bank card company over the telephone. Some companies will point you a form to complete, sign and return. These forms often require an explanation on the situation, along with copies of any receipts.
- Wait to know the resolution. Your credit card company is obligated to reply to you personally within four weeks of receiving your completed form.
